FPU offers 18.5 paid holidays including a full paid week off between Christmas and New Years' day. FPU offers full time new hires 2 weeks paid vacation and generous sick pay within the first year.
FPU is a qualifying employer for public service loan forgiveness. Employees who have Federal Direct Loans and have made 120 payments on the Federal Direct Loans may be eligible for the remaining loan balance to be forgiven.

During the summer, employees are eligible to participate in the University's Summer Schedule where the employee is able to work 4 hour works days on Fridays during the summer.
