Center for Community Transformation
Fresno Pacific University and the Center for Community Transformation are seeking a Ministry Administrative Assistant and an Entrepreneurship Administrative Assistant. These are both part-time positions that will support the process of transforming lives and communities.
The Center for Community Transformation is a community-based organization anchored at the FPU Biblical Seminary with the purpose of equipping leadership for the economic, social, and spiritual transformation of Central Valley communities. The successful candidates will have an opportunity to interact with the FPU community including staff, faculty, and students, and contributes to a thriving and collaborative environment within the university and throughout the community.

- Prepare Before You Apply
Please ensure you have your resume, cover letter, and pastoral reference prepared.
- Application
You applied! Your application has been received and is under review. If additional information is needed, we'll reach out. Qualified applicants will be forwarded to the hiring manager.
- Hiring Manager Review
The hiring manager reviews candidates and will contact candidates to schedule interviews.
- Interview
Interviews are conducted and a candidate is selected.
- Job offer!
Congrats! You got the job!
The hiring manager will contact you to extend a verbal job offer.
- Onboarding
The HR team will begin the onboarding process, provide the formal offer letter, and communicate the next steps in the onboarding process.
- You're hired!
We conduct new hire meetings every other Monday and look forward to meeting with you!
