Application Process

Understanding the Application Process: What to Expect Before and After Submission

Following is a typical example of our hiring process, from application to hired.

  • Prepare Before You Apply 

    Please ensure you have your resume, cover letter, and pastoral reference prepared.

     

  • Application 

    You applied!  Your application has been received and is under review.  If additional information is needed, we'll reach out.  Qualified applicants will be forwarded to the hiring manager.


     

  • Hiring Manager Review 

    The hiring manager reviews candidates and will contact candidates to schedule interviews.

     

  • Interview 

    Interviews are conducted and a candidate is selected.

     

  • Job offer!  

    Congrats! You got the job! 

    The hiring manager will contact you to extend a verbal job offer.


     

  • Onboarding 

    The HR team will begin the onboarding process, provide the formal offer letter, and communicate the next steps in the onboarding process.

     

  • You're hired! 

    We conduct new hire meetings every other Monday and look forward to meeting with you!
